Home My WebLink AboutReso 1979-9666', , Form No. 362 RESOLUTION N0. 9666 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND GRANTING EASEMENT TO SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR PLACING FACILITIES UPON CIVIC CENTER PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT OF EASEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby re olve as follows: That the City of Chula Vista does hereby grant certain ea~ement to San Diego Gas & Electric Company fo placing facilities upon Civic Center property a opy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a pa t hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute same for anc~ on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following condition is hereby placed upon the granting of said easement: San Diego Gas & Electric Company shall take all reasonable steps to keep to a minimum the dis- turbance of the landscaped area. However, when excavations are necessary, San Diego Gas & Electric Company shall wherever possible return the surface land to as near as possible its natural condition. Presented by _. P .
