GRIMSLEY AND HAROLD K. JENSEN FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES ~. The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes executed by Neil Grimsley, Louise E. Grimsle and Harold K. Jensen dated the 20th day of June , 1979 , a copy o w ich is alttached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chulia Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
