Home My WebLink AboutReso 1979-9626Form iIo . 37 ~ Rev:, • 4/7.6' P,ESOLUTIOPI NO. 9626 RE50LUTIOPd OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA WITHDRAWING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOL7Pd AND DESIGNATED AS "F" STREET/HILLTOP DRIVE ISLAND ANNEXATION TERRITORY FROM THE BONITA-SUNNYSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: [^7HEREAS, that certain real property known and designated as "F" Street/Hilltop Drive Island Annexation Territory and more particularly described in Exhibit °1A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference thereto, has heretofore been included within the City of Chula Vista by reason of its annexation to said City, and VJHEP.EAS, the proposed withdrawal has been reviewed by the Environmental Review Coordinator of the City of Chula Vista and found to be exempt from any requirements for environmental review. P10W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said real property, and the whole thereof, is hereby declared withdrawn from the Bonita-Sunnyside Fire Protection District to become effective and municipal services will commence on the date the annexation is officially recorded by the County Recorder's Office. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Revie~-~ Coordinator is hereby authorized to file a Plotice of Exemption for said project with the County Clerk of the County of San Diego. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to file certified copies of this resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the Registrar of Voters of San Diego County, the County Assessor of San Diego,County and the governing body of the Bonita-Sunnyside Fire Protection District.
