Cit and County staffs have prepared an agreement to continue the
Chu a Vista Transit operation (parts of Routes 5 and 7) in
uni corporated County areas and for the County to reimburse the
Cit for the cost of these services, for the Fiscal Year 1979-80.
The revised agreement accounts for increased costs in the ensuing
yea and updated patronage/revenue data. The general basis of
ser ice and reimbursement is the same as the previously approved
Cou ty agreements. The following compares the major parameters of
the current and proposed agreements:

he reduction of 7,143 miles in CVT service provided from
Y1978-79 to FY1979-80 is due to the proposed elimination of
