RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VI5TA APPROVING PRECISE PLAN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
WAREHOUSE BUILDING'AT 880 ENERGY P7AY IN OTAY INDUSTRIAL
PARK

The City Council o~ the City of Chula Vista does hereby
solve as follows:
~7HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has
h retofore received the reco~rimendation of the Planning Commission,
a contained in Resolution Np. PCM-79-16, adopted on the 13th day
o December, 1978, setting fprth the precise plan for construction
o a warehouse building at 880 Energy Way in Otay Industrial Park,

WHEP.EAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has
h retofore held a public hewing to consider said precise plan on
J nuary 2, 1979 and has taken testimony and heard evidence thereon,
WHEREAS, the proposed project was determined to be exempt
f om environmental review as a class 3c exemption.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE'IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
t e City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the precise plan for
c nstruction of a warehouse wilding at 880 Energy Way in Otay
I dustrial Park in accordancie with Resolution rdo. PCM-79-16 of
t e Chula Vista Planning Commission.
