In conjunction therewith, Council specified a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) appeal fee to one sub-provision of the ordinance. This resolution amends the Master Fee Schedule accordingly. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolution. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DISCUSSION: Section 19.84.020 of the City Code specifies where persons can park a vehicle, vacation trailer, camping trailer, boat, boat trailer, camper or recreational vehicle on private property. If an individual cannot comply with the parking criteria specified in the section, the Zoning Administrator can consider alternate locations (without fee). This amendment would authorize a minimum appeal fee from decisions of the Zoning Administrator to the Planning Commission and City Council. This is consistent with Council direction in adoption of the Community Appearance Ordinances. FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown. This potentially represents a subsidy of $100-$150 per appeal request. The number of likely appeals cannot be assessed at this time. WPC 3403P y the City Council of Chula Vista, California Dated ~ 9-~/ I
