J-Len, Inc., a California Corporation, subdivider and owner, has paid alJ_ fees and submitted all required documents with a certificate of deposit in the amount of $121,000. Approval of the Final Map includes the dedication of a portion of Telegraph Canyon Road, and also the dedi- cation of an easement for street tree purposes along Telegraph Canyon Road. This subdivision consists of four lots for 152 condominium units. The attached agreement and certificate of deposit in the amount of $121,000 guarantee the installation of the public improvements within Telegraph Canyon Terrace Subdivision. The work will be performed in accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the City Engineer. A transparency is available for Council viewing.
