Home My WebLink AboutReso 1988-13817 0496 RESOLUTION NO. 13817 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING STREET EASEMENTS FROM SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY AND SAN DIEGO TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK FOR INSTALLATION OF A CUL-DE-SAC ON FIG AVENUE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista is desirous of constructing a cul-de-sac on Fig Avenue north of Shasta Street; and, WHEREAS, design of the cul-de-sac has been completed and requires that certain property owned by San Diego Gas and Electric Company and San Diego Trust and Savings Bank be dedicated for the cul-de-sac; and, WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric Company and San Diego Trust and Savings Bank have submitted to the City street easement dedication documents for property to be used for the cul-de-sac on Fig Avenue, said documents being attached hereto and incorporated herein as set in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept street easements from San Diego Gas and Electric Company and San Diego Trust and Savings Bank for installation of a cul-de-sac on Fig Avenue, and directs the City Clerk to record said easements.
