RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING COD7PENSATION PLAN FOR DESIGNATED
MIDDLE b'iANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978-79, AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS THEREFOR
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
:solve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Chula Vista
met with and consulted representatives of the Middle P4anage-
t Group of the City of Chula Vista, and
WHEREAS, the Acting Director of Personnel of the City
f. Chula Vista has forwarded a recommended compensation plan for
aid DZiddle 1~lanagement Group, which has been presented to ~~he City
~uncil, as contained in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
erein by reference as if set forth in full, and
WHEREAS, the additiona]_ annual cost contingent to the
pp.roval of said reconunendations requires a special appropriation
f $47,130 to supplement sums included in the Fiscal Year 1978-79
udget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
e City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and accept said
commendations as contained in Exhibit "A" for Fiscal Year 1978-79.
BE IT r'URTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $47,130 be, and
he same is, hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance
f the General Fund, to be distributed as follows:
