HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1978-9408RESOLUTION NO. 9408 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING COD7PENSATION PLAN FOR DESIGNATED MIDDLE b'iANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978-79, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby :solve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Chula Vista met with and consulted representatives of the Middle P4anage- t Group of the City of Chula Vista, and WHEREAS, the Acting Director of Personnel of the City f. Chula Vista has forwarded a recommended compensation plan for aid DZiddle 1~lanagement Group, which has been presented to ~~he City ~uncil, as contained in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated erein by reference as if set forth in full, and WHEREAS, the additiona]_ annual cost contingent to the pp.roval of said reconunendations requires a special appropriation f $47,130 to supplement sums included in the Fiscal Year 1978-79 udget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of e City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and accept said commendations as contained in Exhibit "A" for Fiscal Year 1978-79.
