RESOLUTION NO. 9574
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL
OF APPLICATION TO CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE
AGENCY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE HOME
OL~INERSHIP AND HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN PROGRAM
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does
hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, as the California Housing Finance Agency is
requesting applications for its Home Ownership and Home Improve-
ment Loan Program; and,
WHEREAS, the program will benefit low and moderate-
income persons; and,
~dIiEREAS, the City of Chula Vista is desirous to
assist in the provision of affordable, decent and safe housing;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista is eligible to apply.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Chula Vista hereby approves the submittal of an
application to the California Housing Finance Agency for partici-
pation in the Home Ownership and Home Improvement Loan Program.
