HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1979-9523RESOLUTION NO, g,7~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING VACATION OF PORTIONS OF MADRONA STREET, LANDIS AVENUE AND CENTER STREET The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9464, adopted on January 23, 1979, notice of intention to vacate portions of Madrona Street, Landis Ave- nue and Center Street in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 20, 1979 at 7:00 p.m. was fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain portions of Madrona Street, Landis Avenue and Center Street adjacent to Town Centre-Townsite Tract No. 1 as shown on that map on file in the office of the City Clerk, be, and the same is hereby vacated.
