RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ADOPTING MITIGATION MONITORING
PROGRAM FOR SUNBOW II - EIR-88-1
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, all projects for which an EIR has been prepared
now require the preparation of a mitigation monitoring program to
assure the implementation of mitigation measures, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of
October 25, 1989 recommended the adoption of the mitigation
monitoring program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the mitigation
monitoring program for Sunbow II - EIR-88-1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. ~t~
