DISCUSSIO
All Middl Manaaement employees, with the exception of Fire Marshal, Battalion Chiefs
and Polic Captains will receive a six and one quarter percent (6.25%) increase in
salary of ective July 9, 1982.
Compensat on for Fire Marshal, Battalion Chiefs and Police Captains will be considered
separatel .
A special equity adjustment of 5.8% has been included for the Deputy City Clerk.
FISCAL IMPACT
The total cost of the compensation package is estimated at $70,195. $69,194 represents
the 6.25% increase for all middle managers, with the exception of Battalion Chiefs,
Police Ca tains and the Fire Marshal. $1,001 is included for the special adjustment
for the D puty City Clerk.. This meets the trage guidelines set by the City Council.
