The developers of Chula Vista Tract 79-15, Villa San Miguel have executed an
id nification agreement as required by item 4 of Resolution 9540. It is my
RE MMENDATION: That Council adopt this resolution and direct the Mayor to
ex cute the agreement on behalf of the City.

DISCUSSION:
Th developers of Chula Vista Tract 79-15, Villa San Miguel have executed an
in emnification agreement in accordance with condition number 4 of Resolution
95 0. The agreement holds the City harmless from any liability resulting from
da age to adjacent properties due to drainage from this subdivision. It is
ap ropriate that Council adopt the Resolution and authorize the Mayor to
ex cute said agreement.
