This change was brought to the attenti n of the Civil Service Commission, who has studied the City's current rule and propose changes to make the causes for discipline list more comprehensive. The Civil Service Commission is satisfied that the proposed list meets the needs of the City at the present time and therefore it is my RECOMME DATION: That Council adopt the resolution amending rule section 1.08.
