Cou cil established the first maintenance district for the Town Centre Project
in fiscal year 1979-80 The purpose of that maintenance district was to
mai tain the improvements on Third Avenue between "E" Street and "F" Street.
It is now time to establish the assessments for the third year of the
Dis riot. The third year will include a portion of the maintenance period for
the project now under construction between "F" Street and "G" Street. The
res lutions accept the engineer's report and set a time and place for the
public hearing. Therefore, it is my
RE MMENDATION: That Council approve the resolutions accepting the report
of the City Engineer and set a time and place for the public hearing on the
