RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AND VISIONS FOR DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED SERVICES FOR THE REVISED
NORMAN PARK CENTER RENOVATION
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, at the August 23, 1988 Council meeting, Council
approved an agreement with Visions for the Norman Park Center
Renovation, and
WHEREAS, on October 26, 1989, Council amended the plans
which action necessitates approval of a new contract with the archi-
tect for preparation of revised construction documents and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement between THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and VISIONS for
de__sign development, construction document development and related
~ Tices for the revised Norman Park Center Renovation
dated the 21st day of November , 1989, a copy Of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully
set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved.9~'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula
Vista.
