RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ADOPTING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
IS-89-73
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City adopted the "Grading Deviation Policy"
on September 23, 1986, for the purpose of providing the
procedures and criteria to be used to identify and to sell City
dedicated open space property for the specific purpose of
correcting grading deviations made at the time of subdivision
development, and
WHEREAS, the City received application from residents at
311 Surrey Drive, 315 Surrey Drive, 347 Surrey Drive and 948
Buckaroo Lane to purchase eligible open space property, and
WHEREAS, the four applicants met the criteria for those
open space areas which may be considered for disposition and sale
under the Grading Deviation Policy and an environmental study was
conducted by the Environmental Review Coordinator who issued a
negative declaration (Attachment "A") on the sites.-~-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
t_d City of Chula Vista does hereby adopt Negative Declaration
IS-89-73.
