Resolution /v~~`G Approving an agreement far joint parking and access within and between all parcels of Tentative Parcel Map 82-7 SUB ITTED BY: City Engineer IV/~Y~ (4/Sths Vote: Yes No x ) In onjunction with the conditional approval of Tentative Parcel Ma 82-7 (Price Club) the owners were required to grant easements for street, street tree and sewer purposes and enter into agreements to remove a building from Parcel 1 and to provide access to each of the parcels. It is my ENDATION: That Council adopt resolutions A through D. BO RD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DI CUSSION: Be weep March 17 and 30, 1982 all record title owners executed th necessary documents to grant the street, street tree and se er easements required by the conditional approval of Tentative Pa cel Map 82-7. In addition, the record title owners executed ag eem ents to provide access to all parcels and joint parking and al a to remove an existing building on the property. The ag eem ent states that the building shall be removed prior to sale of either parcel 1 or parcel 4 as shown on Tentative Parcel Map 82 7.
