On Plovember 4, 1987, the Public Works and Planning Departments conditionally
approved Tentative Parcel Map 88-3. Said parcel map involves the division of
one lot located at the northwest corner of Otay Lakes Road and East "H" Street
into 11 parcels zoned for commercial development. The proposed development is
the Eonita Point Shopping Center.
Conditions placed upon the Tentative Parcel

RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt resolutions "a" through "f" as listed in
the item title of this report.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
The street and street tree easements are normal requirements for Tentative
Parcel Maps. The bikeway easement is to provide a separate path for bicycles
traveling on East "H" Street along the subject property. A concrete
meandering bike path will be provided along the project frontage. The
easements described in Item "e" are to provide access for City forces to
maintain the sewer pump station located just westerly of the property. The
easements for traffic control are to allow for the installation of traffic
signals on East "H" Street and Otay Lakes Road for ingress and egress to the
shopping center.
The documents granting the easements have been properly executed and
notarized, and submitted herewith for acceptance by the City Council. A plat
is available for Council viewing.
FISCAL IMPACT: None.
