On January 5, 1988, the City Council, by Resolution No. 13398, awarded a
contract in the amount of $67,210 for the installation of a traffic signal and
other minor street improvements at the East "H" Street/Buena Vista Way
intersection to MCR Electrical Contractors, Inc. The work is now completed.
•
RECOMMENDATION: That Council approve a resolution accepting the contract.
• BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
• MCR Electrical Contractors, Inc. completed the installation of the traffic
signal and other minor street improvements at the East "H" Street/Buena Vista
Way intersection on April 18, 1988. A final inspection was made on April 20,
1988, and all work was found to be completed in accordance with the contract
plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
