In order to construct the drainage facilities east and west of Fifth Avenue between "F" Street and "G" Street, it was necessary to obtain 11 drainage easements from various property owners. RECOMMENDATION: That Council accept drainage easement and direct City Clerk to have it recorded at the County Recorder's office. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable. DISCUSSION: • Ten of the 11 drainage easements were accepted by the City Council at their meeting on December 8, 1987. The remaining easement has now been obtained by staff. Attached is an exhibit showing the location of the various easements. Staff has now obtained easement no. 10 shown on the attached plat. Now that all the right-of-way has been obtained, staff expects to advertise for construction of this project within the next three weeks.
