On November 17, 1987, the City Council by Resolution No. 13337, awarded a
contract for traffic signal installations at Hilltop Drive/Quintard Street and
Orange Avenue/Second Avenue to Steiny and Company, Inc. the work is now
completed.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council approve a resolution accepting the contract
work.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
• Steiny and Company, Inc. completed the installation of the traffic signals at
the Hilltop Drive/Quintard Street and Orange Avenue/Second Avenue intersection
on March 7, 1988. A final inspection was made on March 11, 1988, and all work
was found to be completed in accordance with the contract plans and
specifications and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
