RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt a resolution accepting the subject
dedication.

DISCUSSION:
On May 16, 1986 the owners applied for a building permit to construct the
Palomar Motel at 801 Palomar. One of the requirements for this permit was
that a sidewalk ramp be constructed at the southwest corner of Palomar Street
and Frontage Road and dedication of the necessary right of way to accommodate
the sidewalk ramp.
• Section 12,24.010 of the City Code provides that the owners of the property
being developed are required to dedicate necessary right of way. The document
granting the street right-of-way has been executed by the owner and submitted
to the Engineering Department. It has been reviewed and is now submitted for
Council acceptance.
