RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolutions listed in the item title

DISCUSSION:
The documents granting the street and traffic control easements have been
executed by E1 Rancho Del Rey Partnership and submitted to the Public Works
Department. They have been reviewed and are now submitted for acceptance by
Council.
FISCAL IMPACT: Not applicable.

East H Street, between Hidden Vista Village Subdivision and Encore Bonita
Estates Subdivision, is being widened to a six-lane roadway. The street and
traffic control easements are required from E1 Rancho Del Rey Partnership for
this widening.
