At 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 1987, in Conference Room 5 in the Public Services

RECOMMENDATION: That Council accept the bids and award the contract to TCB
Electric, Inc. in the amount of $12,171.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
• DISCUSSION:
Bids were received from two contractors as follows:

recommend awarding the contract to TCB Electric, Inc.
