The Village Company, a joint venture composed of Watt Industries/San Diego Inc. and Financial Scene Inc., has granted the necessary easement to the City. It is my RECOMMENDATION: That Council accept the easement for drainage purposes. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Nat applicable. DISCUSSION: Along with the approval of the final map of Hidden Vista Villag e (Resolution No. 10416), Council approved a supplemental subdivision improvement agreement. Said agreement provides for the granting of easements, not shown on the final map, which were revealed to be necessary during the course of checking final grading and im provement plans. Such an easement has been determined to be necessary due to the addition of a storm drain pipe to prevent the diversion of storm water from one drainage course to another. A plat is available for Council viewing. RAR:nr/EY--093 ~'-//- ~/ ,~ a,~~ e6 1 Form A-113 (Rev. 11/79) .- .-~~~ ,.~~ ~'~;~ti~~.. "H" Street north- westerly to connect to the existing sewer in Plaza Bonita Road. This offsite sewer and the sewer to be constructed in E. "H" Street within the subject project has been oversized to accommodate future development of properties that will be tributary to the sewer. We hereby request the formation of a reimbursement district that will repay the developer of the subiect project, The Village Company, for all costs expended in excess of that required for that project. Your assistance in the formation of the requested district will be appreciated. ~-ios~~ GLM/mn cc: Joe Davis Gary Oellien Yours very truly, /'% '' ' ~` Gary L.
