WORKSHOP
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) TRAINING SESSION
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requires public agency decision
makers to document and consider the environmental implications of their actions.
Tonight staff from the Development Services Department will be providing an overview
of CEQA to the City Council, Chula Vista Redevelopment Corporation, Planning
Commission and Design Review Board. The overview will focus on the requirements of
CEQA and the decision-makers' responsibilities under CEQA.
ADJOURNMENT to the next regular City Council meeting of November 9, 2010 at
4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers.
Materials provided to the Ciry Council related to any open-session item on this agenda are
available for public review at the City Clerk's Office, located in City Hall at 276 Fourth Avenue,
Building 100, during normal business hours.
