RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREE}1ENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND SAN DIEGO TRANSIT
CORPORATION FOR PROVISION OF INTERCITY SERVICE DURING
FISCAL YEAR 1979-80
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain First Amendment to the
Agreement between the City of Chula Vista and San Diego Transit
Corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as if set forth in full, be, and the same is
hereby approved.

FY 80 AGREEMENT
CITY OF CHULA VISTA
This amendment replaces Exhibit "A" dated
which was included in the original agreement as approved by
council action on June 12, 1979 resolution 9624.
As a result of the final approval of San Diego Transit
Corporation's amended budget the multipliers appearing in this
amended Exhibit "A" are as follows:
l. Gross cost per mile $2.6558
2. Capital Expense 'per mile 0.1013
3. Local Revenue Credit per passenger 0.4107
4. Express Revenue Credit per passenger 0.6961
5. ~~scellaneous Income Credit per mile 0.0631
6. Federal Operating Credit per mile (20%) 0.1138
7. Federal Operating Credit per passenger (80%) 0.2015
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this amendment to
be executed by their respective representatives thereunto duly authorized

ROUTE 29 within the CITY OF CHULA VISTA
Enter Chula Vista city limits via 4th Avenue at approximately
Trousdale Drive, left "E" Street, right 3rd Avenue, to the City
limits at 3rd Avenue and "L" Street. Returning from the City limits
at 3rd Avenue and "L" Street via 3rd Avenue, left "E" Street, right
4th Avenue, to the Chula Vista city limits at 4th Avenue and
Trousdale Drive. 5.8 miles.
Also from the intersection of 3rd Avenue and "J" Street, via
"J" Street, left Corte Maria, right Murray Street, right Hilltop
Drive, right "J" Street to 3rd Avenue. .-:75 miles.
ROUTE 32 within the CITY OF CHULA VISTA
