RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resultion BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: N.A. DISCUSS ION The classifications listed on Attachment A are recommended to receive an 8.5% salary increase effective July 10, 1981. The fringe benefit package for the unrepresented employees (Personnel Analyst and Recreation Supervisor) is the same as the benefit package for employees represented by the Chula Vista Employees Association. The unclassified employees (Secretary to the City Manager, Secretary to the City Attorney, and Secretary to the Mayor and Council) will receive a $1,020 cafeteria style benefit program, which will offer these employees the potential of full dependents' coverage.
