'.! - - On January 27, 1981 Council amended the ordinance prezoning this property to make provision for an increase in density to 12 DU/acre in exchange for the provision of affordable housing. The number of affordable units to be provided is equivalent to the number of units above the number that would be allowed under R-3-P-8 zoning.
