HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1980-9960 18q7 RESOLUTION NO. 9960 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, THIRD AVENUE The City COuncil of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of real property, made by grant deeds executed by TONY H. LEE and ELIZABETH LEE; SECURITY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee of its Trust No. P. T. 1548; MILLARD GROSSMAN and ESTHER MAE GROSSMAN; DIOCESE OF SAN DIEGO EDUCATION & WELFARE CORPORATION; and JOHN J. HARRIS and LOIS L. HARRIS, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants as to an un- divided 1/2 interest and JEANNIE B. CAMPBELL, an Unmarried Woman as to an undivided 1/2 interest, as Tenants in Common, copies of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby aCCepted and dedicated to the public Use for public right of way on Third Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said properties are hereby officially named THIRD AVENUE. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized to record said grant deeds in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
