was recommended by the Environmental Rpview'Committee of the City of Chula Vista.

supports the biosystem.
2. The project is in conformance with the long range goals of
the City of Chula Vista and will not therefore attain short
term to the d.is3dvantage of long range goals.

suppurt secondary development that would cumulate to a level
