RE: Bio and application for the Resource Conservation Commission
Robert Ross has been recommended for appointment to the Resource Conservation
Commission. The ratification is scheduled for the September 28, 2010 Council meeting.
Attached is a copy of Robert's application and below is additional background
information.
Robert Ross has been a resident of Chula Vista for the past 2 years. Robert moved to
Rancho San Diego in 1995 after he retired from the Board of Education in the state of
New York. He has extensive background in earth science and a degree in meteorology
from Penn State. Mr. Ross is also a member of Crossroads II and the Sierra Club.
