Position Personnel Analyst Secretary to the City Attorney Secretary to Mayor/Council Secretary to City Manager Secretary to Redevelopment Agency Deputy City Clerk Salary Increase 3% eff. 7/1/88; 3% eff. first pay period Jan. 1989 3% eff. 7/1/88; 3% eff. first pay period Jan. 1989 Subject to City Council determination 3% eff. 7/1/88; 3% eff. first pay period Jan. 1989 3% eff. 7/1/88; 3% eff. first pay period Jan. 1989 3% eff. 7/1/88; 3% eff. first pay period Jan. 1989 RECOMMENDATION: DISCUSSION: Adopt resolution The Personnel Analyst position is unrepresented and has traditionally received .the same benefits as those of the Chula Vista Employees Association. The unclassified clerical positions listed above are recommended for the same increase received by CVEA represented clerical positions, in order to maintain the current internal alignment of these positiosn. The market basket for the Personnel Analyst is recommended to increase to $2,964.96, consistent with the increase for CVEA. The market basket for the unclassified clerical is recommended to increase to $3,300.
