This resolution establishes the compensation and fringe benefit plan for
the following unclassified/unrepresented positions for FY 1988-89.

Secretary to Redevelopment Agency

Salary Increase

RECOMMENDATION:
DISCUSSION:
Adopt resolution
The Personnel Analyst position is unrepresented and has traditionally received
.the same benefits as those of the Chula Vista Employees Association. The
unclassified clerical positions listed above are recommended for the same
increase received by CVEA represented clerical positions, in order to maintain
the current internal alignment of these positiosn.
The market basket for the Personnel Analyst is recommended to increase
to $2,964.96, consistent with the increase for CVEA. The market basket
for the unclassified clerical is recommended to increase to $3,300.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The approximate cost of this salary and fringe benefit package is $10,013,
which falls within the guidelines authorized by the City Council.
