Description of Easement to be Condemned in Acquisition of Appur-
tenant Easement in Property at Villa San Miguel by means of
Eminent Domain

The City Council has heretofore authorized the use of its power of
eminent domain by L & M Professional Consultants, Inc. to acquire
necessary sewer and drainage easements appurtenant to the property
to be developed as Villa San Miguel Subdivision.
It has now been determined that the description of said easement to
be acquired was in error and that the description as contained in the
original resolution would be located under the proposed carports as
shown on the plans submitted by the property owner, Frank Ferreira.
Therefore, it is necessary to amend the initial resolution to correct
those legal descriptions. Such. a resolution has been prepared for
Council action.
