A final inspection was made on October 6, 1978, and a letter of deficiencies was prepared. On September 6, 1979, an inspection was again conducted and all public improvements were found to be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. A transparency is available for Council viewing.
