SUBMITTED BY
Pacific Scene, Inc. has completed the public improvements in El Rancho
del Rey Unit No. 4 in accordance with the Improvement Agreement
approved by City Council Resolution 8623 dated May 10, 1977.
A final inspection was made on October 6, 1978, and a letter of
deficiencies was prepared. On September 6, 1979, an inspection was
again conducted and all public improvements were found to be
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
A transparency is available for Council viewing.
