Home My WebLink AboutReso 1979-9782 ~,,,"'-- - Revised Cj":"27-'79 RESOLUTION NO. 9782 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ESTABLISHING DATES FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO BE READY TO RECEIVE UNDERGROUND SERVICE AND REMOVAL OF POLES AND OVERHEAD FACILITIES WITHIN AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT ON FOURTH AVENUE FROM "E" TO "F" STREET AND ON "F" STREET 736 FEET WESTERLY OF THE FOURTH AVENUE/"F" STREET INTERSECTION The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore by Resolution No. 9450 established an Underground Utility District on Fourth Avenue from "E" Street to "F" Street and on "F" Street 736 feet westerly of the Fourth Avenue/"F" Street intersection, and WHEREAS, it is now desired, pursuant to said resolution, to fix the date on which the affected property owners must be ready to receive underground service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the following dates are hereby established ordering the property owners to prepare properties for receipt of underground utilities: 1. The property owners in the Underground Utility District on Fourth Avenue from "E" Street to "F" Street from Fourth Avenue to 736 feet westerly of the Fourth Avenue/"F" Street intersection must be ready to receive underground service on January 7, 1980. 2. Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures must be removed within the Underground Utility District on Fourth Avenue from "E" to "F" Street and on "F" Street from Fourth Avenue to 736 feet westerly of the Fourth Avenue/"F" Street intersection on March 7, 1980. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to all affected utility companies and property owners.
