DISCUSSION: In order to maintain the current schedule for the UDAG application, the subject traffic study can be completed by mid-September. It will be the base document for the traffic and air quality analyses required by State and Federal environmental gui del ines. Due to the fact that our Block Grant has budgeted funds for such projects, it is suggested that said account be utilized for this contract. UDAG support activi- ties are eligible expenses from the Block Grant account. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Approximately $2,800 will be needed for professional services. Funds are available in the administration account of the Block Grant, 634-6340-BG90. AKP:as 1----. ~...~. i r;c.,oi:, .: '7'- -"l -Pd 1 , L~::' -_"._~_d'_~'. .-_~~~ /o2f./q Form A-113 (Rev. 11/79)
