Attached is a copy of the agreement for Council information. FISCAL IMPACT: The conversion to high pressure sodium vapor will not cost the City any money, provided the street lights remain in place for 5 years from October 1, 1980. Should the City desire to remove any existing utility owned street lights prior to October 1985, the cost of installation and removal (est. $50 each) must be repaid during the first year and a prorated portion paid thereafter.
