Dear Mr. Lippitt:
Sub j e c t :
Landscaping of Orange Avenue Median
Supervisor Tom Hamilton forwarded a letter from Major W.T. Hyde
requesting County participation in the landscaping of Orange
Avenue.
After reviewing the proposal, we agree to recommend to the Board
of Supervisors that the County participate up to $10,000 for the
installation of landscaping, if the City agrees to maintain the
landscaping with the County paying for the annual maintenance.
If you agree, an agreement will have to be executed. After the
City has executed the agreement, we will forward it to the Board
of Supervisors for final approval.
If you desire further information, please contact Tom Garibay at
565-5216.
Very truly yours,
