Meeting Date 7!l 0/80 ITEM TITLE: Resolution 1'/8'~stabliShing Executive and Middle Management Fringe Benefits for Fiscal Year 1980-81 SUBMITTED BY: Ci ty Manager (4/5ths Vote: Yes No -L) The attached benefit package for Executive and Middle Management employees has been revised due to the addition of several new classifications and the deletion of others. The Director of Public Safety has been added to the Executive Group and the Deputy City Manager/Safety and Leisure Services and the Purchasing Agent have been deleted from this group. The Middle Management Group has been revised to include the Assistant Street Maintenance Superintendent, Housing Coordinator, Principal Community Development Specialist, Principal Planner, Purchasing Agent, Redevelopment Coordinator and Senior Community Development Specialist. Current Planning Supervisor and Senior Planner positions were deleted, inasmuch as these two positions are now reclassified to Principal Planner. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: N.A. DISCUSSION: No additional benefits or modification in benefits have been provided.
