On April 5, 1988, the City Council by Resolution No. 13502, awarded a contract
in the amount of $71,339 for the constructi on of Will i am Avenue improvements
between Palomar Street and Orange Avenue to Carolyn E. Scheidel - Contractor.
The work is now completed.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council approve a resolution accepting the contract.
BOARDS/COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Not applicable.
DISCUSSION:
Carol yn E. Schei de 1 _ Contractor, completed the con s truct i on of the Will i am
Avenue improvements (between Palomar Street and Orange Avenue) on June 29,
1988. A final inspection was made on July 6, 1988, and all work was found to
be completed in accordance with the contract plans and sped fi cati ons and to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
