Doyle, owner of Ocean Fresh Fish at 183 Broadway, has applied for an encroachment permit to install six-10'x8" diameter posts as part of exterior remodeling and landscaping design for existing building. The 8" diameter posts which will support the overhanging arbor encroach two feet into the public right of way. The outside face of the posts as shown on the attached drawing will be at the back of the existing sidewalk. The parkway in front of Ocean Fresh Fish has been filled in with concrete. The usable sidewalk area will be unchanged by this installation. The Encroachment Maintenance and Removal Agreement is in accordance with Ordinance 1205, Article 3. This agreement details the require- ments concerning the installation, maintenance and removal of encroachments in the public right of way. Transparencies are available for Council viewing.
