RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE SPENDING PLAN
FOR THE OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR
TOWNE CENTER I AND THE BAYFRONT PROJECT AREA
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and approved the Spending Plan for the General
Fund at the April 13, 2010 Council Meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Spending Plan for All Funds for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 reflects a $321.6
million expenditure budget and $304.3 million in anticipated revenues; and
WHEREAS, the Spending Plan for All Funds for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 reflects the City
Manager's recommended allocation of resources for the coming fiscal year and takes into account
the continued impact of the economic recession; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Spending Plan for All Funds includes $21.6 million in funding
for Capital Improvement Projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council will consider final adoption of the City Manager's Proposed
Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Budget on June 8, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Chula Vista does hereby approve the Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Spending Plan for the Operating and
Capital Improvement Budget for the Redevelopment Agency for the Towne Center I and the
Bayfront Project Area.
