Me:?J)er Ad.~:m~s stated this was true~ but ~khat it did not give the Corn--
mission the grounds for approving 'the request. He felt the applicant
could design somethln9 that would, be satisfactory and still stay within
his re, ar setback area. Mr. Adams further state~{ that there are no
c~ptlonai circ~mnstances here and that th~ Com~ission cannot overlook
the law an~% ch~.ng3

Findings be as follows:
a~ That the strict application of the zoning regulations or require-
ntents would result in particular difficulties or unnecessary hardships
inconsistent with the general purpose and intent of the reg~iations.
The existing homes on beth sides enjoy a ].5' setback and a
strict application of the ordinance weu!d be a hardship for
