Home My WebLink AboutReso 1980-10462 Iy- , @~ RESOLUTION NO. 10462 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10136 AND RELEASING LIEN AGREEMENT FOR CHULA VISTA TRACT 80-8, PARK WAY PLACE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the original owners of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Chula Vista Tract 80-8 have heretofore entered into a lien agreement to pay to the City the sum of $21,808 to cover the cost of drainage improvements at Park Way, and WHEREAS, the lots have now been sold and the full original amount of $21,808 plus a total of $1565.34 in interest has been paid to the City through escrow thus satisfying the developer's obligation in full, pursuant to the lien agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that Resolution No. 10136 be, and the same is hereby rescinded as recorded at the County Recorder's office on June 18, 1980 as File/Page No. 80-193309, and that that certain lien approved thereby be, and the same is hereby released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of this resolution in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
