RESOLUTION NO. 10431
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING FY 1981-82 TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT
ACT (TDA) CLAIM SUBMITTAL FOR HANDYTRANS TO MTDB AND SANDAG
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, it is required that an appropriate claim be
submitted by the City in accordance with the Transportation Develop-
ment Act rules and regulations issued January, 1976 to MTDB and SANDAG,
and
WHEREAS, said claim is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as if set forth in full in the amount of $218;450.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that the Development Services Administrator be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit said claim to MTDB
and SANDAG.
