Construction Overhead Trellis Structure and Restaurant Remodeling BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said contracts for the construction of improvements in Memorial Park for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $48,353.25 is hereby authorized to be transferred from acccunt no. 634-6340-BG84 - "Pavement Overlay" to account no. 634-6340-BG51 - "Memorial Park Improvements.
