Home My WebLink AboutReso 1980-10393 ~ , C'~1 RESOLUTION NO. 10393 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA EXTENDING AGREEMENT BE'I\~EEN THE CITY OF CHUIA VISTA AND AREA BANKS AND SAVINGS AND LOANS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: \~EREAS, on October 9, 1979, the City Council approved an agreement between the City of Chula Vista and unspecified banks and savings and loan institutions regarding the sale of HandYtrans 10-ride booklets, and \~EREAS,. the term of this agreement expired on December 1, 1980 and it now necessary for Council to extend the term of this existing agreement to and until June 30, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby extend the agreement between the City of Chula Vista and area banks and savings and loans to and until June 30, 1982.
